By placing an order on Gallery Nomad website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out below:

2. Acceptance of Order

Any order for goods placed by you constitutes an offer to buy those goods at the price shown. Such an offer shall be deemed made to Gallery Nomad who may accept your entire order; or part of your order. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order, but the offer constituted by your order is not accepted until either (i) a further e-mail is sent to you confirming that the goods have been dispatched or are due to be dispatched, or (ii) the goods are dispatched to you (whichever is the earlier). There is no contract between you and Gallery Nomad until either of (i) or (ii) above has occurred. When at least one of (i) and (ii) above has occurred, there will be a contract between you and Gallery Nomad. If (i) or (ii) above has occurred in respect of some only of the goods you ordered, then there shall be a contract only in respect of those goods.

3. Delivery of Goods

Please allow up to 28 days for goods to be delivered this is to allow for any out of stock situations. However, goods will normally be dispatched within 7 days.

4. Proof of Age

If you are ordering titles which are classified as 18, without a credit card, then you must confirm that you are age 18 or over, in order for us to comply with the law. If you are paying by credit card then you warrant that it is your own credit card.

5. Price Guarantee

The prices shown on the site have already been discounted, so (provided your order has been accepted as set out above), the price you see on this site when you place your order is the price you pay. Where applicable, the recommended retail price is displayed on this website with a slash through it. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. However, price and availability information are subject to change without notice, so please check the price at the time of ordering. Occasionally, incorrect prices may be shown on this website in error. If an error is discovered before the goods are dispatched, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to order the goods at the correct price.

6. VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on most goods and services sold in the European Union. Where applicable, VAT is included in our prices for goods. In line with our single price policy, there are no surcharges to overseas customers nor do we credit any local taxes. The price you see on this site at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

7. Canceling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order by giving notice in writing within 7 working days after receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned to us within 30 days of cancellation, and your account will then be credited immediately. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item was delivered to you in error or was faulty. However, if the goods have not been returned to us within 30 days, we may charge a fee to collect the goods from you. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

8. Privacy Policy

We will from time to time e-mail you details of particular promotions or of new additions to our or web-site. You can ask us not to e-mail you with this information in the future by replying to any email with the word UNREGISTER in the subject line.

We will not pass your details or any personal information about you to any other organization except for the purpose of administration and providing goods and services to you. 12. Returns/Refunds - Own Purchase or Purchased for a Gift

Own: Should you receive a product in poor or damaged condition or you receive the wrong product you can return the goods within 28 days provided you have the Delivery Note received with the goods.  Refunds will be made to the card which was used to pay for the goods.
